We're seeking a highly skilled CRM & Retention Manager to join our team in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven strategies to enhance consumer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing CRM strategies to onboard, engage, and retain active consumers through personalized digital experiences. You'll also design and optimize automated consumer journeys based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement patterns.

A strong understanding of consumer lifecycle management, omnichannel engagement, and automated marketing workflows is essential for this role. If you have experience in data segmentation, predictive modeling, and personalization strategies, we'd love to hear from you.
