At Micah Solutions FZE, we are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in the Events and Marketing industry. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and providing them with information about our services and products. Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to our business growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to reach new customers and expand our client base.
  2. Build relationships with potential clients and provide them with information about our services and products.
  3. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
  4. Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients and results achieved.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and achieve overall sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam languages.
