Business Development Manager

At Vibes Events, we're on the hunt for an exceptional Account Manager to join our Commercial Partnerships Team. As a key player in driving business growth, you'll be responsible for handling all aspects of quoting for client staffing projects. Your attention to detail and entrepreneurial mindset will ensure that our clients receive personalized service and accurate quotes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for driving client satisfaction, and a results-driven approach. With a proven track record in account management, sales, or a client-facing role (minimum 5 years), you'll excel in developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients. Experience working in the UAE events market is a plus
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries.
- Provide a personalized experience, addressing specific client needs and preferences.
- Sales & Upselling
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell additional services and increase revenue from existing clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their future needs and propose appropriate staffing solutions.
- Present and promote new services to clients and demonstrate their value.
- Quote Preparation & Project Coordination
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for clients based on their project requirements.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that all client needs are communicated and understood for smooth execution.
- Manage the end-to-end process of delivering services, from initial quote to final invoice.
- Analyze client feedback and identify areas for service improvement or new service offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role (minimum 5 years).
- Experience of working in the UAE events market.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
