Job Description- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners, to foster long-term business engagements.
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for potential growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to create solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that are mutually beneficial, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a thought leader in the marketplace.
- Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system to support effective follow-up and pipeline management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company, enhancing brand visibility and credibility.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry (Mainly Oil & Gas within UAE), demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered an asset for international business dealings.
