Business Development Representative

As a Sales Executive at the Grand Hyatt, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities for the hotel. This includes conducting hotel inspections, engaging in weekly sale activities, and maintaining excellent product knowledge of the hotel. Additionally, you will liaise with operation departments to ensure guest expectations are met and achieve personal sales targets. Main Responsibilities
- Proactively find opportunities for business growth by securing the development of the existing portfolio, while simultaneously acquiring new accounts.
- Entertain and conduct hotel inspections with partners.
- Engage in weekly sale activities to secure the continuous growth of business.
- Assist in conducting extensive competitor research and maintaining excellent product knowledge of the hotel.
- Understand the DMC/Tour Operators' needs to build 'win-win strategic partnerships'.
- Liaise and work closely with the related operation departments to ensure guest expectations are being met.
- Achieve personal sales targets.
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
- Assist the team with any support they require.
- Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Ensure all employees maintain an updated awareness of Hotel product knowledge, current promotion, policy changes, and appropriate internal communication.
