Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive commercial growth at Property Finder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience and timely issue resolution.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Provide coaching and development to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, and sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven approach, and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and customers.
