- Customer Communication: Communicate with clients regarding order status and updates, providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update records in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
