Job Summary

The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing sales processes, facilitating communication between sales executives, sales management, category management, and marketing teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Assist the sales team with daily operations, including scheduling, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients
  • Handle processing of orders, checks, and inquiries from clients
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • Address customer complaints and ensure effective resolution
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
