Job Summary

Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Services
  • Receive and greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Upsell rooms to optimize revenue and achieve a high average room rate.
  • Check the daily arrival and departure lists.
  • Verify guest information and update registration cards.
  • Allocate rooms and issue keys.
  • Welcoming guests to the hotel and providing information about hotel services and facilities.
Front Office Operations
  • Operate the hotel's front office systems, including the switchboard, photocopy machine, and credit card machines.
  • Manage guest room reservations and ensure accurate room allocation.
  • Process guest payments and handle cash transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and communicate with the accounting department as needed.
Security and Safety
  • Ensure the security and safety of guests and staff by following hotel procedures and protocols.
  • Report any suspicious behavior or incidents to the Front Office Manager and Security.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and room numbers.
Communication and Teamwork
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Front Office Agent.
