Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services
- Receive and greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Upsell rooms to optimize revenue and achieve a high average room rate.
- Check the daily arrival and departure lists.
- Verify guest information and update registration cards.
- Allocate rooms and issue keys.
- Welcoming guests to the hotel and providing information about hotel services and facilities.
- Operate the hotel's front office systems, including the switchboard, photocopy machine, and credit card machines.
- Manage guest room reservations and ensure accurate room allocation.
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and communicate with the accounting department as needed.
- Ensure the security and safety of guests and staff by following hotel procedures and protocols.
- Report any suspicious behavior or incidents to the Front Office Manager and Security.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and room numbers.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional manner.
2+ years of experience as a Front Office Agent.
