Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Administrator & HR Officer to manage both administrative duties and human resources tasks within our organization. This dual role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining a positive, productive work environment. The Administrator & HR Officer will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.

Prepare, organize, and maintain office records, files, and documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Assist with the preparation and filing of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Ensure the office environment is tidy, safe, and conducive to productivity.

Human Resources Duties:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.

Maintain employee records, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.

Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems.

Support in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Handle employee relations and address concerns or grievances in a professional manner.

Assist with performance management, including conducting employee evaluations and setting goals.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Organize employee events, wellness programs, and other HR initiatives to foster employee engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in an administrative or HR role (2+ years preferred).

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).

Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and best practices.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization.

Working Conditions:
Full-time position with standard office hours.

Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
