Dubai, United Arab Emirates NAJ Contracting Full time

**Secretary Job Responsibilities**:

- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Create new job opportunities for the company by approaching new clients.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Perform general office tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Prepartion of quotations, RFQ's, RFI's and other documenations.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges, maintaining diaries, and arranging appointments

**Adminstrator Responsibilities**:

- Conduct new employee orientations.
- Mainting and develop new policies for Employee orientations and procedures for the work.
- Maintaining Employee Database Soft & Hard Copy including all their paper works.
- Maintains Visa, EID, Labour Records.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

**Salary**: Up to AED3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- receptionist/secretary: 4 years (required)
- Writing formal letters: 4 years (preferred)
- General trading: 3 years (preferred)
- Tourism: 2 years (preferred)
- Working in excel: 5 years (required)
