We are looking for a skilled Office Administrative Secretary to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part of ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to our team members and assisting in daily administrative duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office filing and organization systems
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff when necessary
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative secretary, office admin assistant, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
