**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize your expertise in Haygroup (Korn Ferry) Job Evaluation Methodology to accurately assess and evaluate job roles across different sectors.
- Design, implement, and manage variable pay and incentive scheme programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with teams in sports retail, FMCG, and real estate to understand industry-specific compensation trends and requirements.
- Harness advanced Excel skills to conduct complex employee and compensation simulations, providing data-driven insights.
- Develop comprehensive pay structures tailored to the distinct needs of each sector, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and industry best practices related to compensation and benefits.
- Leverage your SAP HCM and Payroll experience to integrate and streamline compensation processes within the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience working with Haygroup (Korn Ferry) Job Evaluation Methodology is essential.
- Extensive background in creating and managing variable pay and incentive schemes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for conducting employee and compensation simulations.
- Previous exposure to sports retail, FMCG, and real estate industries is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM and Payroll systems is desirable.
- Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Relevant professional certifications in Compensation and Benefits will be a plus.
