Key Responsibilities
- Compensation Initiatives:
As a strategic leader in Property Finder's Total Rewards team, you will oversee the development and implementation of new compensation initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's business objectives and market trends. Your expertise will drive the creation of equitable compensation practices, budgeting support, and benefits leadership, ultimately enhancing the overall employee experience.
Collaboration and Leadership
You will work closely with key stakeholders, including the VP of Total Rewards & Org Effectiveness and the CPCO, to drive strategic planning and implementation. Your hands-on management style, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills will be essential in driving the success of the team and Property Finder as a whole.
Key Performance Indicators
- Develop and implement new compensation initiatives that meet business objectives and market trends.
- Lead the development of equitable compensation practices, budgeting support, and benefits leadership.
