**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate ICT/MSP solutions, including IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered successfully.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and provide guidance and advice to clients on how to leverage them.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management reports.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to help them achieve their targets and career goals.
- Assist with road map for company registration and certifications with vendors
- Contribute to the development of sales training programs and collateral.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ICT/MSP sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the ICT/MSP industry, including IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- An assertive attitude and the ability to manage team.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve their targets and career goals.
- Experience with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or AWS are a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
