Due to this growth, we are looking for a Business Development Representative - Italian speaking to help us achieve our ambitious goals of expanding our presence in the Italian speaking market.
**The opportunity**:
We are looking for a highly energetic person, with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts to join us as a Business Development Representative in our office in Dubai. You will gain experience interacting with high-level executives and key decision-makers in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area.
**As an Easygenerator Business Development Representative, you will**:
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers to determine fit, need, project budgets, and timelines
- Find opportunities to generate new business and fuel our growth
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
Many of our former BDR's have grown into roles in Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing and Partnerships.

**Qualifications**:
**_ Our ideal _**_Business Development Representative _**_will have:_**
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- 0-1 year of relevant work experience
- Excellent command of the** Italian**and **English**languages, both spoken and written
- You can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation
- You can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it’s time to listen
- Experience working with targets and KPIs
- You take initiative, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High energy and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
