**Aan de slag als Business Development Representative**

We zijn op zoek naar een zeer energieke, recent afgestudeerde topper Met jouw gezonde zakelijk inzicht en natuurlijke verkoopinstincten ga jij aan de slag bij deze scale-up als Business Development Representative. Je zult ervaring opdoen in interactie met leidinggevenden op hoog niveau en belangrijke besluitvormers in verschillende industrieën en in een breed geografisch gebied, met een focus op Nederlandstalige markten.

**Korte opsomming van jouw taken**

Je zal bezig zijn met taken zoals, maar niet gelimiteerd tot:

- Identificeren van en contact leggen met belangrijke besluitvormers om de geschiktheid, behoefte, projectbudgetten en tijdlijnen te bepalen;
- Kansen vinden om nieuwe business te genereren en onze groei te stimuleren;
- Werk samen met het team om best practices uit te wisselen en nieuwe initiatieven te starten.

**Dit ben jij **
- Een bachelordiploma of hoger, bij voorkeur in een bedrijfsgerelateerd vakgebied;
- 0-1 jaar relevante werkervaring;
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en luistervaardigheden;
- Mogelijkheid om te multitasken, prioriteiten te stellen en tijd effectief te beheren;
- Hoge energie, positieve houding en doorzettingsvermogen;
- Comfortabel werken in een snelle, dynamische omgeving
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel gesproken als geschreven.

**Wat krijg je terug voor jouw inzet?**
- Een salaris van €3000 tot €3200 per maand, met potentie om binnen een jaar te groeien richting de 3550 euro;

**Over het bedrijf**

Onze opdrachtgever is een internationaal E-Learning softwarebedrijf. Hun cloud-based software biedt gebruikers de mogelijkheid om het delen van kennis onder personeel op te schalen en te bevorderen, en wordt gebruikt door grote klanten, zoals Kellogg’s en T-Mobile. Het bedrijf maakt het voor klanten super eenvoudig om snel én gemakkelijk cursussen te creëren, die zeer boeiend zijn en de grootste leerimpact hebben.

Het bedrijf is van Nederlandse origine en opgericht in Rotterdam. Inmiddels zijn er 120 medewerkers aan het werk in 5 verschillende landen, en het bedrijf groeit gestaag door. De werkvloer is super internationaal: er zijn maar liefst 33 verschillende nationaliteiten te vinden.
