**MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE**

To provide administrative services to the Network Control, Crew Scheduling & Planning and Flight Operations Technical teams.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensures the timely administration of shift worker rosters and leave management and communicates overtime with payroll.
- Assists with post-flight paperwork storage management and shredding.
- Supports the implementation of Network Control QCP processes.
- Coordinates with staff travel for booking of tickets and hotel reservations for duty travel.
- Coordinates the joining and leaver process with relevant departments and the Employee Service Centre.
- Liaises with all related departments, providing administrative assistance where necessary.
- Supports department meetings through the creation and distribution of agendas and minutes and ensuring appropriate follow-through, whether external or internal.
- Investigates and compiles daily, weekly, and monthly reports for operations.
- Keeps abreast of the expiry dates for the mandatory training and schedules the training in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Facilitates all administration requirements (stationery orders, meeting schedules, invites, meeting minutes, etc.) within the Operations Support department as and when required.
- Manages the scheduling of the NCC meeting rooms.
- Issues jump seat letters for Operations staff on flydubai flights.

**Qualifications**:
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**

Minimum Education Level
- High School Diploma

Languages
- Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

Years with Qualifications
- 2

Professional Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in airline operations is desirable

Systems Knowledge (if applicable)
- Microsoft Office

**ISR REQUIREMENTS**
