**JOB PURPOSE**:
ExecuJet MRO Services is currently seeking a suitably qualified experienced Front Desk Administrator to fill a vacancy within the Maintenance Department. The main objective of the role is to assist the VIP customers and MRO personnel with all the front office functions and activities efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver a high level of customer service to the visiting VIP customers as the first point of contact representing ExecuJet MRO Services Middle East.
- Assist the Customer Support Administrator with refreshments and meetings.
- Assist with the purchase of groceries/refreshments as required.
- Operate telephone console, taking and distributing messages.
- Screen enquiries before passing them to the concerned person.
- Receive and distribute deliveries for Stores and MRO personnel.
- Ensure that the customer offices and the boardrooms/meeting rooms are in order before and after being used to maintain the high standard of cleanliness.
- Assist customers as and when required, i.e. with hotel bookings when visiting the facility and transport arrangements to and from the facility,
- Assist with the preparation of reports, general correspondence and other administrative functions from the Customer Support Administrator and the Executive Administrator.
- Distribute monthly mobile telephone bills and track marked bills.
- Assist with generating the monthly summary of personal calls for payroll deduction.
- Coordinate with the facility management/ cleaners, liaise with the relevant suppliers for flower deliveries, pest control and plant maintenance and with the Regional VP’s PA for any building maintenance work required.
- Coordinate with the Security staff regarding visitors and airside passes to ensure the proper procedure is followed.
- Provide cover for the Customer Support Administrator and Executive Administrator when required and during leave.

- Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
- UAE experience.

- Experience in dealing with VIP customers.
- Fully computer literate with Microsoft Office, word, excel etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable.

- Effective multi-cultural communications.
