**About Us**
We are looking for an exceptional Head of HR Business Partners to support our ever-growing Commercial Division for Al Tayer Insignia. You will play an integral part in the growth of one of the region’s leading luxury and fashion companies, Al Tayer Insignia.
As a leader in luxury retail in the Middle East, Al Tayer Group's retail division, Al Tayer Insignia, hosts a portfolio of some of the world’s best luxury brands in the fashion, jewellery, home, and department store categories. Complementing its position in luxury retail, Al Tayer Insignia has also built new frontiers in lifestyle retail, representing leading brands in the Beauty, Home, Fashion and Hospitality sectors. Our brands include Bloomingdales, Harvey Nichols, and Armani to name just a few
**About The Role**
The Head of HRBP’s, Commercial, will lead the HRBP function for Commercial division across the GCC region. You will design, develop, and deliver best in class practices and programs to drive recruitment, employee engagement, retention, development, and performance of the functions.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Partner with division leaders to support the development of the HR strategies and approaches in response to business needs that strive to continuously improve processes, tools, and ways of working within the organization.
- Implement an HR strategy that encompasses the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive work environment that engages and delights the team.
- Analyse HR key metrics/dashboards to evaluate current practices and provide future roadmap.
- Leads key HR projects covering several areas of HR.
- Lead manpower planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the commercial business, overseeing key metrics and sound data to ensure workforce planning standards and operating cost parameters are met.
- Ensure that the business receives relevant and accurate analysis of people data to be used for decision making and process enhancement.
- Drives and supports the development and delivery of change management initiatives.
- Identify organizational development opportunities and participate in structural enhancements and workforce planning initiatives.
- Oversee the regional HR teams across the GCC ensuring sound advice is given to the business with regards to any country specific procedural and legal obligations. Highlight possible risks and ensure that plans to mitigate are put in place with processes being reviewed on a regular basis.
- Highlight region specific changes in law and work with them to ensure Al Tayer Insignia is compliant across all countries.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the retail market, keeping up to date with changes that could impact the business or our employee value proposition.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to regularly review the divisional talent needs to ensure appropriate sourcing and selection approaches.
- Drive the performance management process through a successful annual cycle, providing analysis of outcomes to ensure employees are receiving qualitative feedback and comprehensive development and career guidance.
- Implement staffing and manpower budgeting strategies for growth in commercial division across the GCC region.
- Evaluate and monitor the implementation of fixed and variable pay practices including regularly reviewing incentive schemes to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
- Identify innovative solutions for streamlining HR processes to enable consistent and efficient delivery.
- Partner with Group HR, HR Shared Services, Finance and Technology to ensure shared processes and interdependencies are managed smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives to ensure staff grievances, departures and disciplinary issues are managed for timely and satisfactory solution and within HR policies and procedures.
- Surface people related trends and champion potential solutions to ensure optimal employee engagement, retention, positive work environment and culture of inclusion.
- Oversee the team in ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of employee data on all HR systems, dashboards, and reports.
- Participate in the accurate and timely completion of the salary review, bonus exercise, expense control and budgeting processes.
- Research HR trends and industry practices and incorporate key findings into current process and meet long-term HR business needs.
**About You**
You ideally will have 8+ years’ experience in a similar role within a fast paced, diverse environment, preferably in luxury fashion. You will be an expert in understanding the UAE and regional markets including Kuwait and KSA. An understanding of JV’s is advantageous.
Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic would be highly advantageous.
