Key Responsibilities:
Materials Inspection: Thoroughly inspect delivered materials to ensure quality and accuracy
while maintaining meticulous records of all items received.
Supplier Relations: Collaborate with suppliers to verify ordered supplies, address any
discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory stock, ensuring items are readily
accessible and well-organized.
DIY Kit Preparation: Assemble DIY Kits with precision and attention to detail, ensuring they meet
our quality standards.
Social Media Engagement: Post engaging content on WhatsApp stories to promote our products
and services.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional
customer service.
Material Coordination: Effectively communicate with artists to coordinate materials for various
events, camps, and workshops.
Financial Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of petty cash inflows and outflows,
ensuring financial transparency.
Workshop Administration: Process registrations, bookings, and payments for various workshops
using Bitrix, maintaining organized records.
Sales Verification: Collaborate with the accounting department to cross-verify sales records for
accuracy.
Conflict Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective
manner, striving for customer satisfaction.
Reception Management: Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring brochures,
promotional materials, and resources are readily available for visitors.
Upselling: Promote additional services and products to clients, emphasizing the value of our
offerings.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose
actionable solutions to enhance our services.
Team Support: Collaborate with team members during times of absence, emergencies, rush
periods, and busy days, including participation in outdoor events and camps, to maintain
uninterrupted workflow.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles.
Proficiency in using Bitrix or similar CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
