Must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or office management.
- Previous experience working as a secretary in a school or educational setting is highly preferable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment, such as Microsoft Office suite and printers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff, students, and parents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with school policies and procedures, as well as an understanding of the education sector in Abu Dhabi.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
