Cloud Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for business transformation assistance around ERP platforms and business enablement software. The Cloud Sales Executive handles the sales of cloud solutions and services to new or existing customers in order to achieve revenue targets. He/She serves as the key contact point for customers, maintains client relationships, and provides pre-sales as well as after-sales advice.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Sells a subset of products and services directly or via partners to small and medium-sized accounts.
- Report sales activity within the system, and creates and conduct frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Develop a strategy and sales plan to address the most appropriate industries and accounts.
- Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and top management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
- Coordinating, planning, and working towards monthly or annual targets.
- Lead the Managed & Professional Services elements of sales engagements, developing value propositions and solutions specific to cloud opportunities and closing the deal by working as a specialist with the sales team.
- Engage in business discussions with the customer to understand the customer’s business environment, requirements, and issues.
- Works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
- Utilizes inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify and close new opportunities.
- Travels to customer sites to identify/develop sales opportunities.
- Participates in the development, preparation, and delivery of the presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
- Onsite customer presentation with C-levels to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals.
- Liaises with customer contacts for the purpose of managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing sales.
- Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support.
- Preparing suitable RFPs and RFQs & their responses for interested customers.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
**Qualifications and skills**:
- A Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business, Management, Marketing, Technology, or its related field or equivalent experience
- More than three (3) years of sales engineering background, industry sales experience, or relevant work experience
- UAE Driver’s license is a must
- Arabic speaking is a plus
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or will be required to achieve within one (1) month from onboarding
- Knowledge of Cloud, DevOps, and Managed & Professional services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
- Hand-on Cloud experience (optional)
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Proven or demonstrably outstanding communication skills (speaking & writing) and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with teams within SUDO and partners externally
- Ability to work in complex, matrix-managed organizational environments
- Business development and prospecting skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and account development.
- Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues
- Highly developed selling, customer relations, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
- Experience selling Cloud Infrastructure, AWS-related services, and/or complex IT solutions
