**Personnel Follow-up Department Assistant**:
**_Job Description:_**:
- Follow-up of all due installments and overdrawn accounts according to procedures._
- Follow-up on bad debt financing settlements._
- Ensuring the collection of funds according to the concluded settlements, following up the collection of obligations with branches and customers, and developing solutions to remedy further delays in payment._
- Raise recommendations regarding the transfer of the defaulted client’s file to the judiciary, while proposing alternative procedures_
- Preparing scheduling studies and presenting them to the competent committees according to the credit policy_
**_ Job Requirements:_**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field._
- Preference will be given to those with banking experience_
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, management and supervisory skills, and the ability to make decisions._
- Ability to work within a team, initiative and self-confidence._
