**Job Title**: Administrative Officer
**Location**: Dubai Investment Park 1

**Job Summary**:
The role requires an individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage administrative tasks, coordinate with HR, and support project and site management teams.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with the HR department for visa processing and employee documentation.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee vacation, sick leave, and advances.
- Track vehicle insurance expirations and coordinate timely renewals with relevant departments.
- Facilitate tasks such as obtaining gate passes, managing community access permissions, and communicating with clients as needed.
- Support project managers and site supervisors in coordinating schedules, project updates, and operational requirements.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all administrative paperwork is up to date and compliant with company standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a joinery or fitout company.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes and project coordination is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
