Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist in maintaining and updating databases and filing systems..
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficient typing skills and strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
