**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We’re looking for a talented and motivated **Admin Coordinator** (Female) to join our team.
Arab Vision Real Estate offers property sales, property leasing and investment advisory to broad selection of properties in Dubai.
**Responsibilities include**
- Putting Ads, taking permits and managing listings on Property Portals while ensuring high Quality Scores and optimum quota usage
- Updating CRM for stock of properties and leads
- Organize and renew Company related documents and licences like insurance, Visa, Car, marketing portals etc.
- Registering and Renewing Agreements with the Developers and other third parties.
- Making contracts, maintaining documents, managing renewals ,registering Ejari.
- Coordinating and handling maintenance issues for clients
- AML compliance
- Making invoices and follow-up to track receipts.
- Provide assistance to staff, managers as needed and ensure that the office is well-maintained, organized.
**Skill Set**
- Self-starter who is proactive and can multitask, meet deadlines, and take responsibility for assigned duties
- Meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
- Proficiency with office technology and equipment and hands on with latest software skills like Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PDF ,Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English language.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Real Estate experience is a plus
**Monthly Salary**: Aed. 4500 - 5000/
- Plus Company Visa and Insurance
**Opening**: Immediate joining
