**What you'll be doing**

Senior Admin Project Coordinator is responsible in supporting country management ad hoc projects, managing them on both a short
- and long-term scale. Initiatives around Business success are monitored, meetings organised, presentations prepared and communicated with relevant parties. Project performance is monitored to ensure the projects are delivered in a timely, smooth and quality manner. Internal and external project stakeholders are coordinated with as needed while healthy relationships are maintained with all relevant parties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set-up Stakeholder Meetings (internal and external), attendance of meetings and preparation of Minutes of Meeting
- Communication with external Brand representatives as well as internal Senior Leaders
- Support in creating Business Presentations, reports and analytics related to Projects and other topics
- Attendance and support during Advisory Board Meetings
- Lead and monitor task forces related to Projects in hand
- Execution of invoices related to Government interactions
- Coordination and execution of other administrative tasks in hand during Project Management

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Experience as an EA or Administrator
- Excellent Excel Skills
- French or Arabic speaking
