Learning & Development Administrator

Support Fugro’s learning and development function by assisting with the administration, coordination and implementation of training programs, and Talent Management initiatives

Job responsibilities:
- Develop effective ongoing relationships at all levels across central L & D services responding to queries directly and influencing managers to follow a best practice approach- Support the delivery of centralized Share point administration processes, for example, training schedules, communications, centralized calendars etc.- Support the Talent Manager in planning and implementation of organizational changes, L & D projects, workstreams, and initiatives that support the Centre of Excellence business strategy- Collation of weekly and monthly reports using in-house systems- Proactively implement opportunities to improve team ways of working supporting the Talent Manager to identify problems and find solutions

You bring (qualifications & experience)- Bachelors degree or higher in HR, Business or a related discipline is preferred- Excellent knowledge and skills in MS Office Packages; SharePoint, Office 365, Teams, and Workday- HR experience in administration preferable- Great organization and administration skills with good attention to detail.- Comfortable and confident to communicate with people from all levels of the business.- Have plenty of initiative to problem solve with a real 'can-do attitude- Have a great attitude to work and be able to work within the boundaries set as part of the new centralized service
