Job Title: Office Administrator

We are a clothing manufacturing company based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality apparel production. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we cater to diverse clientele worldwide, delivering exceptional products that meet and exceed industry standards.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory records, tracking stock levels, and coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Order Processing: Process incoming orders, coordinate with production teams for timely fulfilment, and ensure accurate documentation and invoicing.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and other relevant documentation using office software.
- Office Organization: Ensure the office space is well-organized and supplies are adequately stocked, liaising with suppliers as necessary.
- Financial Tasks: Utilize background in finance and bookkeeping to assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and basic bookkeeping duties.
- Support to Management: Assist management with various administrative tasks and special projects as required.

**Requirements**:
**1. Experience: Proven experience in office administration or related roles, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry. Background in finance and bookkeeping is a must.**

**2. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.**

**3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.**

**4. Computer Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.**

**5. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.**

**6. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.**

**7. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle tasks with a sense of urgency.**

**8. Location: Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.**

**9. Must have** **a U.A.E driving license.**

**-Salary 2500 + accommodation**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
