**Position Overview**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic HR Leadership**: Develop and execute HR strategies and policies that support and align with our business goals.
- **Performance Management**: Oversee performance evaluations, manage KPIs, and facilitate professional development programs.
- **Employee Relations**: Handle employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
- **Legal Compliance**: Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- **Training & Development**: Design and implement training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and boosting productivity.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee the HR budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective operations.
- **Employee Engagement**: Drive initiatives to foster employee engagement and strengthen workplace culture.
- **Compensation & Benefits**: Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs.
- **Records Management**: Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and ensure data integrity.
- **HR Support**: Provide expert advice and support to management and staff on various HR-related issues.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- **Experience**: At least 5 years of recent HR experience in the Flexible Packaging Manufacturing industry in the UAE, and a minimum of 10 years in HR management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial context.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Competence in MS Office and HR management software.
- **Mobility**: Valid driving license or reliable means of commuting to the office.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
