**HR Intern (3-Month Internship)**
**Job Overview**:
We are offering a dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an HR Intern for a 3-month unpaid internship within our HR consultancy. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, allowing the intern to develop practical skills and insights in a professional consultancy environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment Support**:
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and screening resumes.
- **Employee Onboarding**:
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and facilitating orientation activities.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
- Handle general HR-related inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
- **Policy and Procedure Compliance**:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and updating of HR-related documentation.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Assist in addressing basic employee inquiries and concerns.
**Requirements**:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR consultancy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
