We are looking for a Partner Success Lead to join our Creative Product and Operations team in AMA, based out of Dubai.
The Creative Product and Operations; under the Global Monetization Product and Technology Team, are a critical means of accelerating the global sales of Tiktok's paid media offering by working with 3rd party partners/agencies to produce, optimize and strategize content that make marketing on Tiktok easy and effective.
As the Partner Success Lead, you are expected to oversee all Partner Success resources across AMA to provide deep product insight and ongoing consultative support to Tiktok's Global Business Solutions team and their clients. You will work closely with the product and sales teams as well as our most strategic partners to develop education and services related to marketing on Tiktok. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success of our partners by providing strategic guidance, support, and resources to help them thrive on TikTok. This dynamic role is an AMA role (Africa, Middle East, Asia), where you will overlook the partner ecosystem and will require deep product knowledge. This role requires a deep understanding of the creative industry, TikTok's creative products and programs, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for driving success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Partner Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key creative and creator partners that are part of the 3P programs that TikTok has to offer to advertisers.
**2. Market Insights**: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AMA region. Utilize this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.
**3. Strategic Guidance and Support**: Provide expert advice and insights to help partner agencies optimize their presence and performance on TikTok.
**4. Product Demand Support**: Support demand of creative solutions by identifying proactive offerings through creative partners tailored towards sales goals
**5. Long-Term Thinking**: Develop a long-term framework and/or "graduation plan" for creative partners, rewarding them a long the way to further enhance the ecosystem across multiple markets.
**6. Problem Solving**: Address partner, and sometimes, client issues and challenges related to creative products and partners. Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
**7. Resource Management**: Build strong operational rigour ensuring strategic and efficient ways of working are developed, both internally and externally, to manage resources effectively.
**8. Performance Monitoring and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to ensure they meet or exceed set targets as well as prepare and present detailed reports on partner success and areas for improvement
**9. Team Management**: Strong leadership skills and team management capabilities, across multiple timezones and markets.
**10. Flexible and Self Motivated**: Due to the scope of the role, you will be required to manage internal and external resources across various timezones and build long-term career plans for internal resources.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or business development, preferably within the creative or digital marketing industry.
- Deep understanding of the creative and creator landscape, with a proven track record of managing successful relationships with agencies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire partners.
- Strong presentation skills, both to internal leadership as well as external parties
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
