We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Secretary/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our team while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
*Responsibilities:*
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Perform general office duties, including scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and preparing documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
