Administrative Secretary/ Receptionist
Any Nationality / Female
Language : English
Note: Must have in experience minimum 2-5yrs work as Receptionist/Admin.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting visitors
- Managing security and telecommunications systems
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail
- Making Quotation, Invoice Etc.
- Handling transcription, printing and photocopying.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
**Working Conditions**:
- Fast-paced office environment.
- Regular working hours, with occasional flexibility based on business needs.
- Can work under pressure
- Time Management
