**Job Title**: Admin cum Accountant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organizing office supplies
- Maintain accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Prepare and submit financial reports and statements
- Assist in payroll processing and tax filings
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and data entry
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist in maintaining HR records and other company compliance requirements
- Support management with other tasks as required
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
