Office Administrative Assistant

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and the wider operations team.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during meetings
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize travel arrangements for the operations team.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain and update operational records, files, and databases to ensure accurate and timely information is available.
- Handle communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Support the operations team with project management and execution as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the Dubai business environment and local regulations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
