The Villa Leasing Executive is responsible for leasing villas to prospective tenants. This role involves marketing available properties, conducting property viewings, screening potential tenants, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring a smooth leasing process.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Property Marketing**: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available villas for lease, including online listings, social media promotion, and networking with potential tenants.
- **Property Viewings**: Coordinate property viewings with prospective tenants, showcase villa features and amenities, and address any questions or concerns to facilitate informed decision-making.
- **Lease Negotiation**: Negotiate lease terms and conditions, including rent amount, lease duration, security deposit, and any additional terms, to reach mutually beneficial agreements for both the landlord and the tenant.
- **Documentation**: Prepare lease agreements, rental contracts, and other necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Facilitate the signing process and explain lease terms to tenants.
- **Tenant Relations**: Maintain positive relationships with tenants throughout the leasing period, address any concerns or maintenance issues promptly, and ensure timely rent payments and lease renewals to maximize occupancy rates.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about local rental market trends, competitor activities, and rental pricing strategies to effectively position properties and attract tenants.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, property management, or related field.
- Proven experience in leasing or property management, preferably in the residential real estate sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with tenants.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

**Experience**:

- Villas Leasing: 4 years (required)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (required)
