**Job Title: Sales and Leasing Consultant**
Job Overview: A Sales and Leasing Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to potential customers and assisting clients in leasing properties or assets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to meet sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:
- Greet and engage potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations.
- Answer inquiries about products, services, or properties, and provide accurate information.
**Sales and Leasing**:
- Present and demonstrate products, services, or properties to potential clients.
- Provide detailed information on features, benefits, and pricing.
- Negotiate terms of sales or lease agreements to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for sales or leases.
**Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to encourage conversions.
- Provide post-sales/lease support to address any concerns or issues.
**Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed sales and leasing targets set by the company.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, or properties to improve sales effectiveness.
**Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve product/service offerings.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales and leasing activities.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to management.
**Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with other departments (such as marketing and finance) to ensure a smooth sales and leasing process.
- Work closely with colleagues to share insights and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, leasing, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Can speak and write “FRENCH” “RUSSIAN” “ARABIC” **and other languages
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help clients.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for maintaining records and reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the industry and products/services being sold or leased.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday (9:30AM - 6:30PM)
Salary to be discussed on the interview.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
