We are seeking a motivated and experienced Leasing Expert to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Leasing Expert, you will be responsible for facilitating the leasing process for residential and commercial properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team, access to in-house marketing resources, and a competitive salary package with commission.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including property showings, negotiation, lease preparation, and tenant onboarding.

Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Utilize in-house marketing resources and advertising budgets to attract potential tenants and maximize property exposure.

Conduct market research and stay informed about current trends and pricing in the real estate market.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop leasing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Prepare leasing reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

**Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing residential and commercial properties in Dubai.**

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and leasing laws.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Valid UAE driving license and own transportation.

This is a full-time position with working days from Monday to Friday. In addition to a competitive basic salary, this role offers commission based on performance.
