Job Title: B2B Salesperson

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

**Job Type**: Commission-Based (Up to 40%)

Key Responsibilities:

- **Identify and Target Prospects**: Research and identify potential business clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Negotiations**: Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Education, training, immigration and overseas admissions.
- **Visa Status**: Must have own visa and be legally permitted to work in the UAE.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Compensation:

- **Commission**: Up to 40% commission on sales.
- **Incentives**: Additional performance-based incentives and bonuses
