- 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Broker.
- A valid license to work as a real estate broker will be preferred.
- Proven record of estate sales.
- Ability to solve misunderstandings and disagreements between buyers and sellers.
- Strong working knowledge of Real Estate law and policies.
- Basic computer skills like MS Office.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Trustworthy and critical thinker.
- Outstanding listening skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare legal documentations like agreements, deeds and contracts.
- Approach potential clients to buy and sell residential properties.
- Property Management expertise.
- Administer day to day Real Estate Agents work.
- Advice clients about market conditions and their impact factors.
- Assist sellers in promoting their properties.
- Carry out research to assess the market value of the properties.
- Ensure that all real estate transactions initiated are in complete compliance with laws and regulations
- List commercial properties for sale on local and on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
- Stay up to date with the knowledge of the market and the best possible prices.

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
