**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the EdTech industry to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, corporate clients, and government organizations.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's reach.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our EdTech solutions.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Track and analyze sales performance metrics, report on progress towards targets, and identify areas for improvement.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the EdTech industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is preferred.

Cancelled visa holders in the UAE are preferred.
