Area Manager

The QSR area Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of a chain of Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) in the UAE. They will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability. This position requires extensive experience in the QSR industry, particularly in managing multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and food safety standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety guidelines, and company standards.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant managers, supervisors, and staff.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive employee engagement and development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and take appropriate actions to address performance issues or recognize exemplary performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring service standards, resolving customer complaints, and implementing service improvement initiatives.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and analyze customer satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and empower staff to provide outstanding customer experiences and maintain a customer-first approach.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor and control costs, including food and labor costs, to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and maximize revenue.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and operational excellence.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to consistently deliver high-quality products and services.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QSR Operations Manager, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region.
- Valid UAE driving licence is a must
- Strong knowledge of QSR industry trends, best practices, and operational standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
