**URGENT HIRING RECEPTIONIST / Admin Secretary**
We are looking for a **Secretary cum Receptionist** responsible for facilitating communications within an office and fielding interactions with the Public, Tenants/Clients. Their duties include answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling meetings, and providing personalized support for other employees in their office.
**FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY WITH 2 YEARS OF REAL ESTATE UAE WORK EXPERIENCE.**
**MUST HAVE UAE DRIVING LICENSE.**

You will **maintain the confidentiality of documents and information** received. Keeps informed of office details and advise management of problems.
**Responsibilities**
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and distributing messages
- Maintaining company schedules
- Organizing documents and files
- Greeting business clients and guests
- Documenting financial information
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies
- Scheduling meetings and conferences
- Assisting executives with project tasks
- Supervising staff and new employees
- Coordinating with other organizations, clients, and Tenants
- Implementing administrative procedures
- Preferring Tenancy Contract and collecting required client documents
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- At least 1 or 2 years of clerical experience.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Computer Basic Skills
- Experience in data processing or other skills you need to have performed.
- Ability to work independently
- Organized and professional demeanor.
- Must speak and write English proficiently
- Multi-tasker and Planner with the ability to prioritize key tasks.
