**Looking for experienced and talented Receptionist cum Secretary with more than 2 years experienced. Handling a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and Supports managers and employees through variety of tasks related to organization and communication, providing full travel desk administration service, including reservations, ticket collection and distribution.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Working experience of 3 to 5 years as a Receptionist/ Secretary or a similar position.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
- Proven work experienced as a Receptionist, Secretarial or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Day to day work depending on the company requirement.
- Good computer knowledge, Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
