**Core Responsibilities**:

- Manage the sales pipeline and source leads and also dealing with existing ones.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results periodically
- Create a corporate community.
- Attending conferences and conducting face-to-face meetings in order to promote the brand, make new contacts and encourage participation.
- Attending professional and networking events for leads prospecting
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales process.
- Conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- At least 7 years of B2B sales experience in GCC countries.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing / Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Excellent in-person presentation skills.
- Corporate Consulting Background is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Arabic.
- UAE market knowledge is required.
- Proactive and able to Work independently and without guidance.
- Have the ability to build strong working relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- A passion for sales with proven success in sales management.
- Persuasive and determined with a strong ability to make things happen
- Must be an Abu Dhabi resident. Or willing to move to Abu Dhabi.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
