Sales Manager Position B2B

Full-time on-site and office role for a Sales Account Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generating leads, achieve orders, invoicing and margins as per the budget/ KRA
- Responsible for delivering a comprehensive GTM sales strategy targeted at the B2B sector, to achieve orders, revenue, profit and growth targets
- Execute sales, strategic account planning and overall relationship management for customer
- Develop, manage and report on KPI including sales funnel and provide accurate, timely forecasts and dashboards
- Establishing, maintaining a high level of customer engagement tracked by visit reports, achieving KPIs
- Establishing long-term customer relationships with customers and decision makers by understanding their requirements, and regulations and exhibiting expertise in technical solutions and services offerings
- Conduct sales activities including products/solution/services selling, establishing value proposition, responding to RFP/tenders, and performing demonstrations
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Bachelor's degree (in Engineering, sales, Business or telecom)**
- Experience as a Sales Manager
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in customer engagement Desired Skills
- minimum of 4 years of telecom sales management in the UAE market
- Excellent connections and contacts in the above target markets
- Track record of ability to close complex sales
- Ability to work effectively at all levels and thrive under pressure
- Ability to report to superior management
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic are a must, any additional language is a plus.
- Own Visa ( Prefered )
- Excellent usage of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc )
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
