**Key Responsibilities**

**Property Operations & Maintenance**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Signature Stay’s managed properties, ensuring they meet our high standards for cleanliness, functionality, and luxury aesthetics.
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest-ready at all times.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to swiftly address any issues, ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and owners.

**Owner Relations & Communication**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing regular updates on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial outcomes.
- Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with property owners, handling inquiries, and addressing any concerns professionally and promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings with owners to discuss property management strategies, potential upgrades, and performance improvement plans.

**Financial Management & Reporting**
- Prepare detailed financial reports on each property’s performance, including occupancy, revenue, and maintenance expenses.
- Track property-related costs and ensure budgets are adhered to, providing transparency to owners.
- Present accurate and insightful financial reports to property owners, answering any questions regarding revenue, expenses, and overall performance.

**Guest Experience Enhancement**
- Work closely with the concierge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that properties are prepared according to guest preferences and Signature Stay’s luxury standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns to maintain high satisfaction and drive positive reviews.
- Resolve guest issues efficiently, reinforcing Signature Stay’s reputation for exceptional service.

**Vendor & Supplier Management**
- Identify and manage relationships with reliable, high-quality vendors and service providers to maintain all properties at a luxury standard.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure quality service at competitive rates.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly, making adjustments as necessary to uphold Signature Stay’s service levels.

**Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure that all properties comply with Dubai’s regulatory, safety, and legal requirements for short-term rentals.
- Maintain documentation for necessary permits, licenses, and inspections, ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols across all properties to protect guests, owners, and staff.

**Business Development & Property Acquisition**
- Develop and execute a strategy for identifying and acquiring luxury properties in prime Dubai locations to add to Signature Stay’s portfolio.
- Build and nurture relationships with landlords, property developers, and real estate agents to source new properties for management.
- Conduct property assessments and market research to ensure each new property aligns with Signature Stay’s brand and luxury standards.
- Negotiate contracts with property owners to secure favorable management terms for Signature Stay, emphasizing our unique value proposition and commitment to excellence.
- Present property acquisition proposals to company leadership, demonstrating the potential value and strategic fit for each new property.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in property management, business development, or luxury hospitality, with a proven track record in acquiring and managing high-end properties.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s luxury real estate market, regulatory requirements, and short-term rental market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate agents.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and profit optimization.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Russian are a plus.
