The most experienced short term rental management company in the UAE is searching for an enthusiastic Account Manager to help to grow our business and provide new and creative ideas to help achieve our goals. This is a dual role which involves onboarding new properties and managing relationships with existing clients.

**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**:

- Marketing: Overseeing the marketing of our service to potential property owners
- Prospecting: and Pitching Sourcing, identifying and making contact with prospective landlords. Presenting our service and having landlords sign our property management agreement letter.
- Onboarding: Preparing newly signed properties by overseeing activities such as apartment furnishing to meet Kennedy Towers furnishing and hospitality standards, utility connections and property marketing. Work collaboratively with other team members and designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity.
- B2B Networking: Liaison with third party landlord referrals - real estate agencies, housing service providers etc. - as a source of new business.

**ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT**:

- Customer Relationship Management: Ongoing landlord liaison with regards to booking updates and revenue performance.
- Service Quality Assurance: Ensure our property owner clients are receiving a good level of service from all departments.
- Client Request Coordination: The primary point of contact for property owner client requests. Coordinating responses from relevant internal departments and communicating with landlords in a professional and timely manner.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A positive attitude is essential. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is solution focused and is excited about the opportunities available to them in this position.
- A minimum of 2 years experience working for a real estate brokerage in a sales or leasing role is preferred.
- Digital competence and experience using different CRM tools (Salesforce or Hubspot preferred) and property management systems
- A broad network of property owner contacts who are open to the short term rental leasing model.
- Stong organisational skills, communication skills (Verbal and Non Verbal), good team working skills and a positive/creative attitude is essential
- Bachelor’s degree certificate required
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative

**Salary**: Competitive base salary based on experience in addition to a comprehensive commission structure, including commissions and listing fees for each signed property.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
